DER SCHATZ - ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK
The original soundtrack to the silent film The Treasure, which was directed by Georg Wilhelm Pabst in 1923. It was only in 2000 that the soundtrack and score were rediscovered, restored at great expense and newly recorded under the direction of Frank Strobel. A great orchestra and great drama. A classic of filmmaking. Soundtrack: Max Deutsch; conducted and arranged by Frank Strobel. Editorial use only!
